March is Colorectal Awareness Month
Hope you had a chance to listen to the information from www.Preventcancer.org about early screening for colorectal cancer. Very helpful information and worth doing. Yes, I know it is uncomfortable (a colonoscopy)- buy do it- it can save your life! It was also great to learn about the HPV virus and the new vaccine Gardasil. With all the controversy surrounding this new vaccine, which is meant for girls ages 11 and 12, it was refreshing to hear some solid and helpful information about HPV and Gardasil. Terrific information and I now feel like I can make an educated decision on this when it comes to my daughter.
Prevention is important - and so is making good choices when it comes to your health ~
