Dogs! Do you love them? Are they part of your family? They are for me. We have two dogs, Jack an 8-year-old Golden Retriever, and Simba a 2-year-old fluffly labradoddle mutt. Jack came from a breeder at 8 months after being rejected by his owner, and Simba is from the Middletown shelter. Love them both - but that is not to say that I always understand how to discipline them. Adorable and lovable Simba barks too much, and always wants to play. How do I handle that? Do I yell? Scream? Ignore it? Get  a bark collar? Jack - well he just is getting old and gray, though sweet and gentle as can be.
