Today’s guest, Amy Kalafa has produced award-winning films, television programs and magazine articles in the field of health education. She has produced segments for Martha Stewart Living and is a lecturer at the Yale School of Medicine. But when she took on school lunches, she has had a mission. Her mission is changing the way kids in our country eat and getting everyone - from the government to you - involved.
