Middle school may not have been easy for many of us but for kids today while it can be fun growing up and learning, it can also be very challenging. There is socializing, cliques to fit into, over-scheduling of extra curricular activities and of course, lots to learn with big projects and homework. All of this can lead to pressure and stress. But many kids don’t know it is stress and we just think that they are moody teens.
